With a Bachelor’s in Social Work from McGill and over 20 years working with older adults, I truly love uplifting and inspiring others. As a certified Laughter Yoga Instructor, I know firsthand the joy that laughter and gratitude can bring to our lives. At Joyful Connections, I offer engaging workshops across Quebec and Canada, where we focus on building meaningful connections and fostering a positive mindset. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space for everyone to thrive and grow.
As a proud mom of four, my family inspires me daily. When I'm not working, you can find me dancing, journaling, spending time with my family, at the park with my kiddos or hanging out at a cozy café! I believe in living fully and finding joy in the little things. I can't wait to connect with you!
